How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact imHER Innovative Solutions through the support channel in your account and we will assist.

What happens to your credits

When a refund or chargeback is approved, the corresponding credits granted by that purchase are revoked from your balance (balance is floored at zero). Free promotional credits are not affected.
